• All items personally are personally serviced by owner Dave Neuenschwander, with a 29-year full-time career (+10 years part-time before that) and well over 32,000 items personally serviced in our family business, established in 1954.
• Workmanship on your repair is guaranteed for six months.
• I don't just grab a bottle of oil to lubricate your machine. I have ten different highly-specialized oils, lubricants, solvents and greases specifically used for different areas of your machine to provide the ultimate balance of lubrication, speed and performance, smooth operation, minimizing wear and extending product life.
• Tens of thousands of satisfied customers spanning over a half-century in South Central Wisconsin.
• Estimates are free - it won't cost you a dime to find out how much your repair will cost.

To have your product serviced / repaired by us:

1) Before you bring in your product (sewing machine, serger, vacuum cleaner, or scissors / knives to be sharpened): print out and complete our Repair Check-in Form.

2) Take your service item(s) to our pick-up / drop-off point: Gayfeather Fabrics, located at 1521 Williamson Street (right across the parking lot from our former retail store at 1525 Williamson Street in Madison - Click here for directions), during their normal business hours: Monday through Thursday 11 am - 7 pm; Friday 11 am - 6 pm; and Saturday 10 am - 5 pm. Important: Gayfeather Fabrics cannot accept sewing machines that are in cabinets. If you have a machine in a cabinet, removal and reinstallation is very simple, and transporting your machine without the cabinet is much easier. If you need instructions on removing the machine from the cabinet, email me. You do not need to make an appointment to bring your product in for service.
